About me
Erin Yoshida-Ehrmann is currently serving as Director of Gifted/Talented Programs, Advanced Learning Options, Division of Special Education and Specialized Programs. In this role, Ms.Yoshida-Ehrmann leads K-12 districtwide implementation of Gifted and Talented Education (GATE) and Advancement Via Individual Determination (AVID). LAUSD GATE and AVID teams provide professional development and support to administrators, coordinators, teachers, and families to ensure that students have equitable access to high-quality advanced and accelerated program options and services that promote college and career readiness.
