Review the key understandings of building Coherence and its alignment to PDSA cycles. Consider the intent/purpose of a PDSA cycle and plan for actions that need to be taken at each stage (Plan, Do, Study, Act). Study Tier 1 and Tier 2 PDSA models to consider ways to schedule cycles across the year.
The Joy and Wellness pillar is built on a foundation of safe and healthy environments in which our students can learn, grow, and thrive. To this end, our employees must maintain respectful and meaningful connections with students. When faced with reports of employee misconduct with students, administrators must act swiftly, exercise good judgment, and comply with District policies and legal requirements.
This workshop will support administrators in sharpening their skills when conducting investigatory interviews necessary to obtain essential information to address concerns and allegations appropriately.

This workshop is designed to introduce engaging tools and strategies using Artificial Intelligence (AI) for classroom planning, school management, and student engagement. Discussions will address benefits and concerns of AI, equitable access, closing technology gaps, responsible use, and tips for effective prompt writing. Participants will also learn about practical applications of AI through Magic School, ChatGPT, Curipod and other resources.
