Do You Know Your Data? Effective Secondary Data Chats With Your ILT
Thursday May 8, 2025 1:50pm - 2:40pm PDT
This session addresses LAUSD Strategic Plan Operational Effectiveness by providing Instructional Leadership Teams with the strategies to utilize data to provide a multi-tiered system of support to accelerate student learning.
Academic Excellence is addressed by using data chats to develop strategies to provide high-quality instruction, eliminate opportunity gaps, provide enriching experiences, and ensuring our students are ready for the world. Effective data chats allow leadership teams the opportunity to analyze student data and create PDSA cycles of improvement while reflecting on that data to inform future instruction.
