About me

This session will provide the rationale, specific strategies, and pedagogical tools for teaching Black History in an interdisciplinary manner across all disciplines. As a support for teachers and administrative teams looking to bolster instruction and achievement for African American students, this fun and engaging session will highlight ways to support the development of an accurate and practical understanding of Black History that informs thinking, decision-making, and behavior.
