Looking for a hands-on way to build leadership capacity and drive instructional improvement? In this make-and-take session, participants will practice analyzing real student work to identify evidence of learning, calibrate ratings, and develop action steps for instruction. Principals will leave with ready-to-use protocols and tools to bring back to their Instructional Leadership Teams (ILTs) and PLCs, fostering deeper, data-driven conversations that lead to stronger student outcomes.
