In this session, principals will be able to make clear connections to and plan for the mandated EL-specific PDs and subsequent teacher observations. We will analyze The Elegance of 12 Suite of Strategies PD to generate expectations and possible actionable feedback. We will link this work to the OLAS Accountabilities and your school’s SPSA. We will discuss how to operationalize this practice to “close the loop” and replicate it with your school’s ILT.
