This session reframes WASC as a strategic lever—not an additional task. Participants will explore how the WASC process can streamline and strengthen schoolwide planning when aligned with LAUSD’s PDSA cycle, SPSA, SEL, and instructional priorities. By identifying natural points of connection, leaders will learn how to work smarter—not harder—while building a culture of continuous improvement. Grounded in Pillar 1: Academic Excellence, Pillar 4: Operational Effectiveness, and Pillar 5: Strong Partnerships, this session equips principals and directors with tools and protocols to guide Self-Study and Mid-Cycle efforts that promote coherence, shared leadership, and sustainable impact.
