Principals will engage in professional learning focused on the effective implementation of the CKLA Knowledge strand. They will receive resources and guidance to support instructional consistency and learn how to provide targeted feedback to teachers. The session will include an opportunity to observe and discuss a CKLA Knowledge lesson, with an emphasis on the Teaching and Learning Framework (TLF) elements, and the strategic use of questioning and writing to promote knowledge building and academic rigor.
