This presentation explores how Community Schools Signature Practices, aligned with the LAUSD Teaching and Learning Framework, can empower schools to adopt effective, impactful practices. Participants will delve into how strategies like Project-Based Learning (PBL), Equitable Grading and Instruction (EGI), and others can enhance your current initiatives, inform decision-making, and drive improved student outcomes. While centered on the values of Community Schools, we’ll emphasize the universal relevance of these practices for all schools. Rooted in equity and access, this session offers valuable insights for both new and experienced school leaders.
