Federal and State Education Programs will present a breakout session to provide an overview of the Title I program, including its purpose, key budget components, and how the School Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA) can support and guide PDSA cycles throughout the school year. This session is designed to give principals-especially those new to their campus or to Title I-a foundational understanding of the program. Participants will also learn how to use SPSA monitoring as a resource to support effective plan implementation. Additionally, there will be dedicated time to engage with their school’s SPSA and explore how it can be leveraged to improve student outcomes.
