LAUSD Principals' Leadership Institute 2025

Strategic Plan Pillar 4D emphasizes the commitment to making LAUSD the district of choice for families. This session will equip participants with strategies to establish and enhance recruitment systems, as well as develop effective toolkits for attracting students to magnet programs. Attendees will gain a comprehensive understanding of magnet program processes and policies that support accelerated academic achievement. Additionally, the session will address inclusive practices for students with disabilities and English Learners, the design of a secondary master schedule, and the integration of instructional themes to support program coherence and success.
