Welcome to our 2025 Principals’ Leadership Institute. At this year’s event, we will have the opportunity for our school leaders to learn together in collaborative sessions that build our collective capacity.

This year’s Principals’ Leadership Institute will be a time for:

The PAR Program provides two pathways of support for effective classroom practice. Each year, PAR offers over 70 6-hour workshops across two dozen titles that address TLF standards 1-3. PAR also offers one-on-one instructional coaching to help teachers reflect on and improve their planning, classroom environment, and delivery of instruction.

I work for the LAUSD/UTLA Peer Assistance and Review Program. We provide confidential one-on-one instructional coaching for classroom teachers and lots of interactive professional development workshops that can be used toward salary point credit.
