Teacher Librarians play a vital—yet often underrecognized—role in advancing academic excellence by promoting literacy, inquiry, and student achievement. Aligned with Pillar 1 – Academic Excellence and the SLF element of building collaborative structures for ongoing development, they support rigorous instruction and professional growth. In this engaging panel session, experienced Teacher Librarians will share how they co-teach with educators, support curriculum, integrate technology, and create inclusive, resource-rich learning environments. School leaders will gain valuable insight into the evolving role of school libraries and how empowering Teacher Librarians can positively impact both school culture and student success.
