Leveraging the PDSA Cycle for Monitoring Math Learning is a professional development model that empowers secondary school principals to use the Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) cycle to improve math instruction (Pillar 1). Principals learn to collaboratively plan interventions, implement strategies, analyze student data, and refine practices (SLF 3A4 and TLF 3d3). This model promotes data-driven decision-making, continuous improvement, and instructional leadership to enhance student outcomes in mathematics (PSLF 2A1).
