Positive, professional, and nurturing relationships between students and adults are foundational to fostering joy and wellness in our schools. Participants will engage in interactive, hands-on practice as they consider and discuss the various factors that influence sound decision-making when responding to allegations of employee misconduct with students while ensuring fairness and respect for all involved.
