LAUSD Principals' Leadership Institute 2025

This session will open with students sharing their leadership journeys and presenting student-led projects that highlight their active role in shaping school culture and civic engagement. The session will further explore how intentional school culture, cross-departmental collaboration, and the use of digital tools— such as Schoology and the LAUSD MyVoice application—empowered student participation in the 2025 Student Board Member election. District and school leaders will share strategies used to elevate student voice and recognize participation through initiatives like digital badges. This session supports LAUSD’s Strategic Plan pillars of Academic Excellence, Joy and Wellness, and Engagement and Collaboration.
