This session will explore how Generative AI—specifically ChatGPT—can elevate instructional leadership. Participants will learn how to use AI to support classroom walkthroughs by identifying grade-level standards, analyzing student work, calibrating instructional practice, and generating high-impact, actionable feedback. The session will emphasize preserving their voice while enhancing the clarity and polish of written feedback. Through hands-on practice and real school examples, principals will leave with practical tools and strategies to integrate AI into their leadership routines—ensuring feedback is timely, standards-aligned, and instructionally meaningful.
