Welcome to our 2025 Principals’ Leadership Institute. At this year’s event, we will have the opportunity for our school leaders to learn together in collaborative sessions that build our collective capacity.


This year’s Principals’ Leadership Institute will be a time for:

  • Calibration of deep learning
  • Teambuilding and mentorships
  • Radical dreaming for academic success and accelerating student outcomes

Whole-Child Well Being: From Healthy Bodies to Sharp Minds

The Medical Services Division is entrusted with supporting students’ physical health and monitoring their compliance with immunization requirements. This workshop will offer information about all immunization requirements as well as identify available services that benefit the whole child. After attending this workshop, administrators will have learned about immunization requirements, AED training, naloxone, epinephrine delivery systems, oral health, school-based clinics, mobile medical services, and the benefits of telehealth.  In the spirit of joy and wellness, this presentation highlights all the medical services and new initiatives that LAUSD offers to keep students healthy and learning.
