In the workshop Leveraging Teacher Participation to Transform Teaching with Data through Instructional Rounds, participants will explore how teacher-driven collaboration and data can drive instructional improvement. The session will focus on the process of instructional rounds, where educators observe, discuss, and reflect on teaching practices. Emphasizing the use of data and the PDSA (Plan-Do-Study-Act) cycle, participants will learn how to leverage insights from these rounds to refine teaching strategies and enhance student outcomes. Administrators will leave with practical tools to foster continuous improvement and build a more dynamic, data-informed teaching environment through Instructional Rounds.
