This workshop equips principals with strategies to address chronic absenteeism through collaborative efforts. It emphasizes understanding root causes and utilizing multi-disciplinary teams for Tier 3 interventions. Participants learn to leverage school-level (SART) and district-level (Resource Panel & SARB) approaches tailored to at-promise students. The focus is on intensive case management and fostering partnerships to create a comprehensive support network for students and families, promoting regular attendance. Empowered with knowledge, skills, and resources, principals can lead efforts to improve student outcomes and cultivate a positive school environment.
