In this course we will provide an overview of the laws that protect against discrimination, harassment, and retaliation as it pertains to employment and the District policies that align with these laws (adult to adult). We will also provide an overview of the employment complaint investigation process, covering the supervisor's role and responsibilities, as well as the tools and resources to assist in this process.
