This is a transformative workshop designed to empower leaders with the know-how and tools needed to cultivate math environments that champion equity. Leaders will explore the art of purposeful questioning, strategically crafted to ignite student curiosity, deepen understanding, and nurture a sense of ownership of math knowledge. Leaders will refine their skills in assessing and providing targeted feedback to teachers, ensuring effective use of questioning and discussion techniques are used for sustained growth of equitable math learning practices.
